About this Surf Camp

Surfcamp Zarautz sits at Camping Talai Mendi, a five-minute walk from one of the longest beach breaks in the Basque Country. Run by the SurfBlend crew from the Netherlands, this summer-only camp turns a hillside campsite into a proper surf base from late June through August.

The setup keeps it simple: glamping-style Sheddie Deluxe cabins and Comfort Tents, a bar with terrace, and a full programme of beach volleyball, skateboarding, and evening hangouts. Half pension with breakfast and dinner is available as an add-on. Tourist tax and camp activities are included in every booking.

All stays run Saturday to Saturday, with 7 or 14-night options. Optional surf lessons (3 or 5-day courses) and equipment rental let you build the trip around your level. Zarautz beach is ideal for beginners with consistent summer swell, and San Sebastián is just 15 minutes down the coast for pintxos and city waves at Zurriola.
