After you make a booking, we first confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation or surf camp. Once confirmed, we will process the payment and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

The price you see during the booking process is the final price. We believe in transparency and don’t have any hidden charges. However, do take note of any mentioned conditions or extras that might apply during your stay.

Yes you can, our refund policy varies based on the accommodations and Surf Schools. Usually full refund is possible 2 weeks before arrival if you booked an accommodation and 14 days after booking a Surf Lesson or activity. Please refer to the booking page of your accommodation for specific details regarding cancellations and refunds.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with the direct contact number for the accommodation or surf camp, so you can touch base with them for any specific requirements or questions. We recommend providing your WhatsApp number during the booking process, as most of our partners use this method of communication for quick and easy coordination.

After your initial booking, our partner surf school will contact you to help arrange additional courses. They’ll provide available time slots and offer flexibility for scheduling, especially if you’ve booked multiple courses. Your optimal surfing experience is our goal, and we’re here to assist in making it happen.

Safety is paramount. If weather conditions are not suitable for a safe lesson, our partner surf school will promptly get in touch with you. They will offer options to either reschedule the lesson for a better day or provide a refund. Rest assured, the well-being of our participants is our top priority.
