Laola Surf Camp El Sunzal – El Salvador

Each week runs from Monday to Monday, creating a natural rhythm between lessons, yoga, and downtime. You’ll be paired with the same local surf coach all week one of El Sunzal’s seasoned surfers who knows every corner of this legendary wave. Lessons are fully private, allowing for focused feedback and faster improvement. In addition to five water sessions (each lasting around 1.5 hours), you’ll join a surf theory class to better understand tides, channels, and wave behavior, plus a photo and video analysis to visually track your progress throughout the week.

The surf camp, built in 2022, was designed for comfort and connection. Its modern, minimalist architecture opens directly toward the sea, offering panoramic views of El Sunzal from almost every room. After surfing, relax by the infinity pool overlooking the lineup or join one of three yoga sessions led by Lygia in the camp’s ocean-view yoga deck — designed to restore strength and flexibility between sessions. The atmosphere is friendly, international, and easygoing — a space where guests quickly become friends.

Accommodation includes 6 twin rooms and 2 larger triple rooms, all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and direct sea views. You can also choose a private room upgrade for added privacy. Every stay includes half board prepared by the camp’s dedicated chefs: 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches, and 3 dinners featuring fresh, local ingredients and options for all dietary preferences. Round-trip airport transfers are included on Mondays, so you can focus on waves, not logistics. From the first sunrise paddle-out to your last sunset stretch, everything is taken care of.
