About this Surf Camp

AST Surf Hotel is a three-storey hotel on the Malecón at Puerto de la Libertad, stepping distance from the right point at Punta Roca and the beginner-friendly La Paz beach break. Daily bilingual guides, three meals a day, and a 30-minute drive from San Salvador airport put you in the water by mid-morning. Pool, restaurant, rooftop dining, AC and WiFi in every room. Suited to surfers from first-time improvers (La Paz) up to advanced (Punta Roca and the 10+ reef points along the La Libertad coast).

Two ways to stay. Surf Trip is the baseline (the partner’s Surf Tour): daily SUV transfers across the La Libertad coast with bilingual guides, access to Punta Roca and 10+ waves in the region, three meals a day, airport transfers. Surf Coaching is the beginner-friendly track: two surf lessons a day with bilingual instructors, surfboard rental, transfers to easier takeoffs at La Paz, plus one adventure day trip (waterfalls, temples or volcano).

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund between 30 and 14 days before arrival. No refund within 14 days of arrival. Travel insurance recommended.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 3 pm on arrival day. Check-out by 11 am on departure day. Airport transfers run on Saturdays as standard, other days available on request.

Damage Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, surfboards or equipment caused by negligence. Standard wear and tear excluded.
